William "Billy" Franklin

Mr. William "Billy" Franklin, age 76 , passed away August 4, 2017 at his home in Rena Lara, Mississippi.  The family will receive friends, Monday,  August 7, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at National Funeral Home Chapel, Clarksdale, Mississippi. Interment will follow the service in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Mr. Franklin a retired farmer was a member of Rena Lara Baptist Church where he served as Deacon and Sunday School director. Mr. Franklin president of the Rena Lara Water Association was also an avid hunter and fisherman.

Mr. Franklin is survived by his wife, Andria Franklin; his daughter Natalie (Simon) Franklin Bozier of Germantown, TN; one brother Chipper Franklin of Blevins, AR, five grandchildren, Brooke Franklin and Crews Franklin of Marks, MS, Franklin Bradham of Cordova, TN, Thomas Bozier and Kenneth Bozier of Germantown, TN. He was preceded in death by  his son Will Franklin, his parents and three brothers.

The family requests that you consider memorial contributions be made to Rena Lara Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Mrs. Susan (Sue) Beeler

Mrs. Susan (Sue) Beeler, age 70, passed away July 27, 2017 in Memphis, Tennessee.  The family will hold a private service at a later date.

Mrs. Beeler was a member of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.  She was also an avid fan of LSU football.  Mrs. Beeler is survived by her husband, John Beeler, of Sumner, MS, as well as two sons, Billy (Julie) Beeler of Ocean Springs, MS, and George (Mandy) Beeler of Drew, MS.  She is also survived by five grandchildren:  Rebecca Beeler of Drew, MS, Raegan Beeler of Drew, MS, Blake Beeler of Drew, MS, Zachery Beeler of Ocean Springs, MS, and Alex Beeler of Ocean Springs, MS.

Mr. James (Monkey) Seaton age 71, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017, at Desoto Lake, Mississippi. Family will receive friends Monday, July 31,2017 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at National Funeral Home Chapel, Clarksdale, Mississippi. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Mr. Seaton,  a U. S. Navy Veteran  of the Vietnam Conflict, was a retired tug boat captain with Midland Enterprises, Cincinnati Ohio, after his retirement from the tug boat industry  he became a commercial fisherman.

Mr. Seaton is survived by his daughters, Sherry Sparks of West Helena, AR, Jenny (Johnny) Taylor of Moon Lake, MS, Donna (Lindsey) Neighbors of West Helena, AR, Lisa Seaton of West Helena, AR, Mary (Chris) Horton of Cleveland, MS; his son Willie (Carol) Seaton of Cleveland, MS;  fifteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Jean Seaton; his parents William Baker and Inez Seaton; a grandson, Joshua Wade Smith; a great-grandson, Blake Austin Longwell; a great-granddaughter Maci Elizabeth Smith; and a brother Walter Earl Seaton.

Mr. John L. Webb

Mr. John L. Webb, age 87, passed away July 13, 2017 in Cleveland, Mississippi.  The family will receive friends Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. followed by the service at 3:00 p.m. at National Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Webb was a retired employee of Cotton and Edwards Electric, as well as Clarksdale Appliance Service.  He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Clarksdale VFW.

Mr. Webb is survived by his wife, Joyce Webb, of Cleveland, Mississippi.  He is also survived by sisters Linda Farley of Gary, Indiana, and Opaline Gordon of Texas, as well as brothers Jimmy Webb of Cleveland, Mississippi, and Kookie (Ada) Webb of Cleveland, Mississippi.  Mr. Webb is survived by three grandchildren, Amanda Webb of Cordova, Tennessee, J.T. Webb of Cleveland, Mississippi, and Evelyn Webb of Cordova, Tennessee, as well as two great-grandchildren.  Mr. Webb is preceded in death by sons Travis Webb and Tracy Webb, as well as grandson Hunter Webb.  He is also preceded in death by parents Cleveland and Pauline Webb and three brothers, Nick Webb, Jerry Webb, and Billy Webb.

Mr. Larry Dale Borgognoni

Mr. Larry Dale Borgognoni, age 53, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in Southaven, Mississippi. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church.  The service will be on Friday, June 30, at 11:00 a.m., also at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Borgognoni was a member of the Catholic Church. He worked in marketing at Langston Co. in Memphis, TN.  Mr. Borgognoni is survived by his daughter, Courtney Elizabeth Borgognoni of Como, MS.  He is also survived by three sons:  Tyler James Borgognoni of Olive Branch, MS, Grant Harwood Borgognoni of Como, MS, and Collen Jude Borgognoni of Como, MS, as well as his parents, Paul and Barbara Borgognoni of Clarksdale, MS.  He is survived by his sisters, Meriam (Warren) Matthews of Clarksdale, MS, and Alice (Edward) Johnson of Clarksdale, MS, and his brothers, Paul Douglas Borgognoni, Roger Louis (Patricia) Borgognoni, Allen Daniel (Carol) Borgognoni, and Timothy Glenn (Kaye) Borgognoni of Cordova, TN.
