Debra Joyce Force, 60, of Horn Lake, MS passed away January 25, 2017. She is survived by her husband, John Force; sons, Nickey and Ronald; daughters, Petrina, Lindsey, Angela, and Martha; sister, Shirley; brothers, Harrell, Ronald and Kenneth; grandchildren, Auston, Joshua, Colton, Laura, Katherine, Lillian, Christa, and Tiffany. The family will receive friends Monday (Jan 30) from 12:30pm until the service at 2:00pm at the Millington Chapel. Interment to follow at Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford, TN.

Linda G. Thompson

Linda G. Thompson, 55, of Millington, TN passed away January 25, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Roy Thompson; son,  Michael Ray Thompson Jr. of Millington, TN; daughter-in-law, Arin Supriati of Millington, TN; brothers, Billy Lindsey and Don Lindsey both of Memphis, TN; sister-in-law, Linda (James) Stewart of Bartlett, TN. The family will receive friends Sunday (Jan 29) from noon - 1:30pm at the Millington Chapel followed by a graveside service at 2:00pm at Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford, TN.

Williford Hughes "Wily" McCalla

Williford Hughes “Wily” McCalla, 76, died January 22 at home surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. McCalla was a retire National Account Executive for Overnite Transportation and a military veteran. He was a 1959 graduate of Central High School, and a graduate of Memphis State. Hugh was a man of many colors – an avid reader, collector of everything from A to Z, and truly a man who knew everyone and everything. The family will receive friends at a catered reception Thursday, January 26 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. with service at 12 Noon at Millington Chapel. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. He leaves his companion and best friend, Peggy Patterson; two daughters, Carol McCalla and Amy McCalla; sister Louise Oberle; niece, Debbye Swearingen, nephew Michael Oberle; grandchildren, Morgan Sigafoos, Graham Swanson, Courtenay Martin, Simon Martin, Adelyn Trado; extended family, Kathy Vaupell, Erskine Mason, Staci Mason, Dallas Whitlow, Macon Whitlow, Alexis Mason, Chandler Mason and Haley Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents, Williford Taylor and Mable Ester McCalla.

Orville Dean Walker

Orville Dean Walker, 71, died January 19, 2017 at St. Francis Bartlett. Mr. Walker was a retired Medical Corpsman for Shelby County Government and a retired U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam. The family will receive friends at a catered reception Monday, January 23 from 5-8 p.m. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, both at Millington Chapel. Interment will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Virginia Walker; daughter, Sarah Jarvis (John); son, James A. Walker (Cynthia); sister, Patsy F. Fine (Bill); six grandchildren, Ian, Dean, Andrew, Corinne, Morgan, and Samantha.

Tamara Knight Lumpkin

Tamara Knight Lumpkin, 45, died January 17, 2017. She was the Manager for Sally’s Beauty Supply. The family will receive friends at a catered reception Sunday, January 22 from 1-3 p.m. followed by service at 3 p.m. at Millington Chapel. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Shane Lumpkin; daughter, Ashley Knight; sons, Matthew Murphy and Jordan Knight; two nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Charlene Knight; and sister, Sandra “Cissy” Wright. Memorials in her honor may be made to Tipton County Animal Shelter.
