Jack Harber, Sr., 81, a retired Air Force veteran, passed away October 28, 2013. The family will receive friends Friday (Nov 1) from 5-8 pm with a service Saturday at
2:00 pm all at the Millington Chapel. Interment to follow at Rosemark Cemetery. Mr. Harber enjoyed gardening, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family. The
widower of Mary Ann Harber, he is survived by his daughters, Ginger Bowermiester of Ocala, FL and Charlotte Harber of Sarasota, FL; sons, Leo Harber of Drummonds and
Brandon Harber of Cordova; sisters, Shirley Harber Moody and Michelle Harber Pentecost both of Memphis; brother, Billy Harber of Memphis; eight grandchildren;
four great-grandchildren.

Jake Maese-Murphy, 26, of Drummonds, TN passed away October 26, 2013. The family will receive friends Monday (Nov 4) from 6:00 pm until the service at 7:00 pm at the Millington Chapel. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelley Maese. He is survived by his father, Gerald Day Murphy of Drummonds, TN; a brother, Nicholas Maese-Murphy of Cordova, TN; and a sister, Medina Crenshaw of Munford, TN. In lieu of flowers the family asks any memorials be made to St. William Catholic Church in Millington.

Edward Hollis McCoy, Sr.

Edward Hollis McCoy, Sr. 73, passed away October 27, 2013. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29 from 5-8 p.m. with a service Wednesday  at 11 a.m. at the Millington Chapel. Interment to follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Henning, TN. He was preceded in death by a sister, Billie Homod and a brother, Walter Thomas McCoy. He is survived by his wife, Ruth A. McCoy; children, Rebecca M. Easley, Teresa M. Ball and Edward Hollis McCoy, Jr.; sisters, Alice Cody and Daisy Hoffman; brother, Nelson McCoy; two grandchildren, Steven Aaron Ball and Leah Ashley Easley.

MARGARET E. HARSEN
On October 22, 2013 our beloved Mother, Nannie, GG and friend was peacefully reunited with her husband Kirk in the Kingdom of Heaven.  Born August 2, 1925 in Winnepeg, Canada, traveled to the United States and settled in California. Met and married Kirk Harsen in 1944 and began her lifetime of world travels.  She spent 30 years supporting her NAVY husband, living in Japan and Greece and states from the east coast to the west coast.  During that time she raised 4 children, many times both as mother and father when her husband was at sea.  During her lifetime she managed a teen club, summer swimming programs, was a Girl Scout leader, a Cub Scout leader, on boards of the Officers Wives Club, woman’s bridge club, hosted 5 Swedish foreign exchange students, worked in clothing stores and flower shops.  No one was ever a stranger to her.  She loved playing cards and could swing a bat like no other.  She is survived by her 4 children, Rick Harsen, Sharon Maloley, Susan Davis and Kim Marle. She is also survived by a sister Dolores Overby and a brother Robert Hewitt. She had 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who cared for Margaret at the Serenity Hospice House and Sunshine Village Senior Living in Phoenix, AZ.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm  until the service time 2:00 pm  Saturday, October 26, 2013 at First United Methodist Church in Millington. Interment at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Bill F. (Bo) (Jop) Joplin, 61, beloved service manager for Raindance Irrigation, passed away October 13, 2013. Mr. Joplin was a member of Poplar Grove United
Methodist Church and an advocate for Mid-South Transplant Foundation. The family will receive friends Wednesday (Oct 16) from 5-8 pm at the Millington Chapel with a service Thursday at 2:00 pm at Poplar Grove United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Poplar Grove Cemetery. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ed and Elizabeth Deupree; sister, Katy Tong; brother, Scott Joplin. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Kay Joplin; children, Christen V. Liberto, Joy Ervin, Larry S. Joplin, and John Canaday, Jr.; parents, Ken and Betty Joplin; sister, Sally (Jim) Logan; five grandchildren, Paige, Skylar, Rodney Jr., John III, and Mikaela.
